PAST: Jennyfer Stratman Feature

Finding connections between people and the natural world has been a consistent theme in my practice. This autumn, my brother's wedding will bring relatives and friends from around the world to beautiful Santa Fe. "Dual Nature" celebrates these connections. It explores duality and pairing, ideas I had been working with prior to the wedding announcement. This has led to an unexpected convergence of life and art.

Having exhibited with GF Contemporary for nearly 20 years, we felt it would be fitting to share this body of work during this special occasion. The exhibition features freestanding and wall-based bronze and mixed media sculptures. Stylized bronze figures, botanical elements, and free-flowing forms tell stories of connectedness and duality.
